Sin, the spoiler

I have been thinking about our (man’s) relationship with God for quite a few months now. When I say “thinking” I mean that I have been giving it a lot of thought (“cogitating” is the old-fashioned word for “deep thinking”).

What is the one thing that ruined man’s relationship? Sin is what ruined it. And so you can’t really think about the relationship without thinking about sin. And so sin has featured in much of my thoughts.

Over the next few days (or weeks) I want to express some of my thinking. I hope each thought will follow on from the previous but I might find myself expressing my thoughts randomly. Eeven it I do, I hope that each entry will stand up on its own.
